It’s been my 33rd day staying in S’pore. At first time I was thinking that it would be hard living overseas for first time in my life, -It was more than a month ago-. Whenever, as the time goes by, I started to realize that the sentence would be right….., truly!

Just few days ago I had trouble with the immigration system. The authority hasn’t approved my application yet. So, I am the only one who don’t have Student Pass among 60 students enrolling the same exchange programme. I’ve been waiting for the approval since I applied online in Indonesia. But, there’s still no further news about it after long time. I was panicked for being illegal, deported, or even terminated from the programme.

The International Student Centre - in my campus- asked me to extend my social visit pass. They asked me to extend it right in the morning of 30th day, that was also means the expiry date of my social pass. I rushed to Lavender to apply the extension manually. By the time I was there, "Oh my God!!". So many people Q-ing in a long line, endless in the corner, turn right 90 degrees and the last lady was standing right in front nursery room. One information left: they were all just Q-ing to get "NUMBER FROM Q-ING" to application counter.

The reason why I had to go to the office was also because I didn’t have any credit card needed to apply online. So sad!!!

Once I got my turn, the gate officer examined my documents carefully. Silent!. "We can not proceed your extension, you need this form applicatin chopped by your university, first". Whatttt!! How could I know that the procedure was like so. I even had just got the application form right before Q-ing!

I called the International office desperately. Silent! "I think you better go back to campus to apply online. Hmm, you can use my credit card then!".

It was 3.30 pm, and I had just realized something!!
